About the Practitioner
Lucy Zhuomin Xiao, L.Ac., is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the State of California and nationwide, and runs a private practice in San Francisco.
She is a doctoral candidate (DAOM) at Five Branches University and received her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from ACTCM. She studied with Dr. Juyi Wang, a renowned acupuncture master and teacher in Beijing, China, and has practiced in a variety of hospital and clinical settings. She works with a wide range of health conditions including pain management, stress reduction and women's health.
Drawing from the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine, Lucy encourages her patients and the wider public to find physical and mental balance and wellbeing through offering workshops and classes in health and self care.
Lucy grew up in Guangzhou (Canton), China and is an ordained Zen priest at the San Francisco Zen Center. She enjoys yoga, caligraphy, hiking, cooking and friendships.
